Returns & Refunds

We want every Meziah piece to arrive exactly as it should. Because each item is printed to order, we're only able to accept returns or offer a refund/replacement in the following cases:

- The item arrives with a print defect or misprint

- The item arrives damaged

- Your order never arrives

To request a return, contact us at micahjmcfet@gmail.com within 30 days of your delivery date (or, if your order never arrived, within 30 days of the expected delivery window) with your order number and photos of the issue where relevant. We'll sort out a replacement or refund from there.

What isn't covered

Sizing is listed on every product page, so we're not able to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size chart before you buy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a fault that amounts to a major failure, you're entitled to a refund, replacement or repair regardless of the above.
